Acceptance
By creating a workflow or using the StillRunning service at stillrunning.ai, you agree to these terms.
Service description
StillRunning is a heartbeat-monitoring service. We receive pings from your workflows, store run history, evaluate timing and cost against per-workflow baselines, and dispatch alerts via the channels you configure.
Free tier and paid plans
The Hobby tier is free and includes commercial use within the per-tier limits. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed monthly or annually and can be canceled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send pings on behalf of workflows you do not control, to flood the ingestion endpoint, or to evade rate limits. We may suspend accounts that materially degrade the service for others.
Availability
We work to maintain high availability but make no SLA guarantees on free tiers. Paid SLAs are documented in the relevant plan agreement when applicable.
Liability
StillRunning is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
