What we collect

When you create a workflow, we store the workflow name, ping token, schedule, and any data you send us in ping bodies (logs, AI-payload fields, metadata). If you provide an email, we store it to bind the workflow to your future account.

What we don’t collect

We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site or in the dashboard. We do not read content from your scripts beyond what you explicitly send in a ping body.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a Postgres database hosted on Neon (US region). Email delivery uses Resend. Static assets and serverless functions run on Vercel.

Retention

Free tier: 14 days of run history. Pro: 90 days. Team: 1 year. Workflow records and account metadata are retained for the life of the account and deleted on request.

Your rights

Email hello@stillrunning.ai to request an export or deletion of your data. We will respond within 14 days.
